## Osprey Description
Charge for less with the Osprey app.

Osprey is one of the UK's largest public rapid charging networks, voted an EV Driver Recommended network six years running and named Chargepoint Network of the Year three years running. Rates in the app are cheaper than contactless, so the app delivers savings from your first charge.

Why drivers choose Osprey:

Cheaper charging. Pay less per kWh in the app than you would with contactless or roaming.

Off-peak saver rates. Charge at off-peak times and pay even less, applied automatically when you start a charge in the app.

Osprey Go. Once you're set up, just plug in and your session starts itself. No tapping, no card. Payment is handled by the card on your account.

Rapid and ultra-rapid charging. Speeds up to 300kW, so you charge in minutes and get back on the road.

A network you can rely on. Over 400 locations from John o' Groats to Land's End. Find working chargepoints on the live map, check availability before you arrive, and see real-time charging speeds.

Everything in one place. Track your session live, view your charging history, and download VAT receipts whenever you need them.

Prefer to tap and go? Every Osprey chargepoint takes contactless too. But the app is where charging costs less.

Download the Osprey app and start charging for less.

## Osprey Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Easy enough and simple to use"
Updates with new charging locations quickly and is great with the live updates on how many charging are being used
-- Craigbigdick, 2024-10-31

### ***** "Trouble free charging"
My preferred method of charging my car. Easy, no hassle, charging.
-- Chesterboy46, 2024-10-22

### ***** "Always working"
Three machines that you can always depend on to be working👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😔
-- Yokofurswada, 2024-10-19

### ***** "The best charging app I have used"
Very intuitive and easy to use.
-- Oneuberger, 2024-08-22

### ***-- "Not good enough"
5% summer Summer discount, big deal. When are all these public charger companies going to get real and start charging a fair price 79p/kWh on average in the UK and around 25p/kWh in Europe.
Truly rip-off Britain !
-- D Bedford, 2024-08-17

### *---- "Rubbish charging in all respect"
I tried using the Osprey charger and failed to be able to connect my vehicle despite repeated phone calls and attempts to follow the instructions on the machine . The machine kept asking me to retry and took four payments of £25 on my credit card. I did not get to use any electricity at all! He did not charge my car. I am now trying to contact them to get my money back.
-- Yoel ben lauser, 2024-06-04

### *---- "Payment issues"
Another EV app which has issues loading payment methods. Useless, why can’t you just pay with a card like you would petrol?
-- CaityBas, 2023-04-26

### *---- "Awful"
Spent nearly an hour in -2 C snowy weather trying to get this app to work. Firstly adding a payment method would not work (on the 8th go with the same card it finally gave the option for Apple Pay) then after all none of the 4 free charging stations would work, including after calling the operator and despite the live information saying all were in perfect working order. I had my disabled mother in the car with me and had to call RAC breakdown. Completely useless.
-- Ryan Potter 94, 2023-03-10

### ***** "Great app!"
Easy to use and sign up - can find chargers easily!
-- mofflm, 2023-03-10

### ***** "Great app"
Really helpful app showing the nearest charging points
-- JonoWilliams894, 2023-03-10
