## OSS Manager Description
OSS Manager is the complete management platform for martial arts academies. Built for Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Karate, Muay Thai and other martial arts schools, it brings everything your team needs to run a professional academy into one app.

STUDENT MANAGEMENT
Add and manage students, review profiles, approve enrollments and keep a full graduation history. Instructors can edit a student's details, classes, belt and degree right from the app. Parents and guardians manage several children from a single account.

ATTENDANCE & CHECK-IN
Record attendance manually or let students check in by GPS. Schools can enable spot reservations: students reserve their place in advance, and instructors see confirmed attendees and waitlists at a glance. Weekly check-in limits per plan are supported, teachers can approve or correct records, and cancelling a class notifies everyone affected.

BELTS & GRADUATION
Track each student's progression with full history, including a monthly grading system for youth students. See who is next in line to graduate, record test requirements, and graduate students in a few taps. Students can request a belt review from the app, and instructors approve each request. Certificates are generated automatically and can be shared.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Manage payment plans and student contracts, including discounts, and collect payments securely through Stripe. Schools without a payment gateway can accept manual proof of payment instead. Students choose between automatic or manual billing and follow their contract, transactions and balance in the app. Contracts can be paused when a student stops training for a while.

SPORTS INSURANCE & DOCUMENTS
Track each student's insurance coverage, with students sending their own policy for validation. Share terms and contracts for digital signature on the student's phone, or sign in person at the front desk.

TRIAL CLASSES
Let newcomers request a trial class from your school page. Instructors confirm, reschedule and follow up on each request, and mark it as enrolled once the student joins.

SCHOOL STORE
Sell products to your students, with orders and a counter queue for pick-up.

COMPETITIONS
Students submit external competition results for instructor validation and build a complete competition history, with recognition awarded by the academy.

GAMIFICATION & ENGAGEMENT
Keep students motivated with XP, streaks, badges, leaderboards and collective goals. Reward attendance, graduations and competition results, and let students share their milestones as social cards.

NEWS, EVENTS & NOTIFICATIONS
Post news and announcements, publish the school calendar and keep everyone informed with push notifications such as class reminders, reservations and payment alerts.

MULTI-UNIT ACADEMIES
Students of one unit can train at another unit of the same academy, with attendance and reservations handled correctly.

FOR STUDENTS
View your profile, class schedule, belt progression, certificates, events, competition history, gamification ranking, contract and payments, all in one place.

FOR INSTRUCTORS & OWNERS
Full backoffice access: classes with head and assistant teachers, students, finances, documents, insurance and school settings.

PRIVACY
Request the erasure of your personal data directly in the app.

Available in English, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Spanish, French, Italian and German.
