Die neue Trainings-App von Össur entstand durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Physiotherapeuten und IT-Spezialisten und basiert auf bewegungstherapeutischen Leitlinien zur Behandlung von Erkrankungen des muskuloskelettalen Systems. Diese App bietet Ihnen ein individuelles und speziell auf Sie abgestimmtes Trainingskonzept über mehrere Phasen, indem Sie sich stetig steigern und Ihren Fortschritt erkennen können. Im Verlauf werden die Übungen speziell für Sie ausgewählt, so dass keine Gefahr besteht, dass Sie Übungen durchführen, die für Sie nicht geeignet sind und/oder sogar zu weiteren Schädigungen und Überlastungen führen können. Zudem wird Ihr Fortschrittziel an Ihren individuellen Aktivitätsstand angepasst. Zusätzlich finden Sie hier auch weitere zahlreiche Informationen und Tipps rund um orthopädische Erkrankungen.
