Мошенники- морозят деньги!
Забронировала отель- деньги пропали! В техподдержке пишут сутки- подождите еще! Не переводите через них брони!
Всё плохо 😵
Приложение может и нормальное, но агрегатор не несёт никакой ответственности за продаваемый вам отель. Проблемы решить не может, или не хочет. За соответствие отеля фотографиям ответственности не несёт, за восхитительные поддельные отзывы тоже. И после оплаты любая проблема будет только исключительно ваша. Не маловажным является то, что ваш забронированный номер окажется вовсе и не номер отеля, а комната и документы будут оформляться тоже только на комнату. Приложением пользоваться опасно можно легко испортить отпуск или командировку!!!
Неверные данные
28.06.2024 Хотел забронировать отель император в Новосибирске. Начал бронировать, но при оплатите написал что номер продан. Звоню в сам отель, а у них этот номер свободен на эти числа!!!
Ниачом
Чмошное приложение. В 90% поиска нужных отелей выдает -«номера распроданы». А на те отели, которые в наличии- цена завышена в разы.
Гавносервис
Отменили бронирование без предупреждения со всеми вытекающими последствиями..
Комнаты отдыха жд вокзала Сочи
Очень хорошее приложение! Вопрос в том, почему не показываются номера для бронирования непосредственно в комнатах длительного отдыха на жд вокзале Сочи, ул. Горького,56? Даже за четыре месяца.

Все супер.
Гостиница отличная, очень уютно , тихо и спокойно. Все в пешей доступности , пляж совсем близко 10 минут пешком , магазины , аптеки , кофейни , все рядом. Хозяйка гостиницы Роза , очень приятная женщина, встретила нас с теплотой. Рекомендую остановится в этой гостинице.
Бесят рассылки
Потому что нельзя отписаться от таких рассылок. Мне островок нужен только для поиска и бронирования мест. Работать на вас и писать комментарии, отзывы и прочее я не планировал. Если мне что-то не понравится, я специально напишу. Если что-то понравится, я тоже специально напишу. Если не будет времени или фокус нужно будет держать на другом, буду сильно злиться попрошайничеству. Не пишите мне. Только по очень важным вопросам, связанным с бронированием.
