◆気持ちがちょっとラクになる知恵、じぶんを守るための知恵など、99個の具体的な知恵を掲載

ことてんシリーズ①「おたすけことてん」はエルワイス株式会社がNPO法人「ぷるすあるは」と共同制作したスマートフォン向けアプリです。
10代のみなさんが生活上直面するさまざまな課題に対応する99個の知恵を、事典[じてん・ことてん]として編集しました。学校でもらうカードには書いていない相談先情報ものっています。
ぷるすあるはは、絵本やウェブサイトなどのコンテンツ制作、普及啓発活動を通して、精神疾患やこころの不調をかかえた親と家族、その子どもを応援している団体です。作者、ぷるすあるはのチアキは精神科の看護師。全てのイラストも担当しています。

アプリをナビゲートするのは、ぶちねこの「てん」。ぷるすあるはの制作担当、チアキ制作のキャラクターです。
「ロボ」「もしも」「こと」の全部で4人のキャラクターがいます。
知恵のところどころに登場するイラストを眺めて、ちょっとほっとする使い方もいいです。

今、ちょっとしんどいという人へ。
家が落ち着かないとか、大人に相談したくないとか...。
知恵と工夫でのりきってほしいです。そのための知恵をアプリにつめました。

■ 大人のみなさまへ

子どもたちが困っていることや自分でやっているいろいろな工夫、知ったらできるかもしれない工夫について伝えられたらと思い、このアプリを作りました。
親や家族からは伝えづらいことも、アプリのなかに入っています。
支援者のみなさまには、子どもへ「こんなアプリがあるよ、○○って書いてあるよ」と伝えられるものをめざしました。

### ***** "もっと早く出会いたかった"
20代だけどめちゃめちゃ生きる上でヒントになる…。
特に「キョリをとる」「断る工夫」の項目がいいなと思いました。人間関係上手な人は当たり前にやっているんだろうけど、私は苦手だったので…。断り方は中高生向けな感じではあるけれど、とてもヒントになって助かります。
ハッピーリストの項目もめちゃめちゃ多くて良い！自分じゃ全然思いつかなかったリフレッシュ方法がたくさんある…。

自分が今必要としてる情報を取り入れることができるし、自分のメンタル的な取扱説明書にもなって便利です。これからも使っていきます。
