Oticon Companion provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.
The Oticon Companion App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Oticon Companion, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech when you need to focus on conversation.
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer*
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the HearingFitness™ feature*
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone

Mister forbindelsen
Æv! Hvor On app’en altid havde forbindelse, så mister denne her forbindelsen flere gange om dagen.
Meget vanskelig at bruge for svagtsynede
App er ikke særlig brugervenlig. Utrolig vanskelig og dårlig at se for svagtsynede. Det må I arbejde på.

jeg har en ipad pro og iphone 12 mini og det kan høreapparaterne slet ikke finde ud af jeg skal slukke og tænde hele tiden for at bare et høreapparat virker,godt nok træt af oticon
Fejl
Hver dag skal jeg annullere og genstarte appen for at få forbindelse til høreapparaterne selvom batterier er nye mv!!!
Langsom og ikke særlig intuitiv
Det tager mellem 10 og 20 sek at starte appen og få den forbundet til apparaterne. Når man (diskret) har brug for appen - for indstille sit hørebillede - skal det gå nemt og smidigt og det lever appen bestemt ikke op til. Har ikke prøvet Apple Watch integrationen, måske det er løsningen. Den tidligere Opn app var hurtigere til at forbinde og programvalg nemmere (færre tryk). Apples MFI funktionalitet virker som den hurtige vej til apparaterne og det bør denne app lære fra. Langt mellem opdateringerne og har stadig en småfejl
Lidt bøvlet
Det er irriterende at der så ofte skal gendannes forbindelse. Det betyder at det ofte er nemmere og hurtigere at bruge den indbyggede ios løsning (3x home) som altid virker. Men når der er forbindelse fungerer det fint også på watch

Too slow to reconnect
When ever I open the App and want to adjust my hearing aids, be it from closed position or from standby, it takes at least 10 seconds for the app to reconnect. It makes it impractical to use.

Rigtig dejligt med connect mellem iPhone og Watch - dog savner jeg stadig genvej på ur-skærmen som i Oticon ON…har også oplevet at forbindelsen mellem More1 og app mistes selvom mobil er i lommen - går med Oticon ON og ser frem til perfekt Oticon Companion
