This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. It comes with an app for Apple Watch helping you discreetly change programs and adjust volume (when within Bluetooth range).
Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.
• Adjust sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
• Check battery levels
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™)
• Stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to your hearing aids (availability may vary depending on your phone model)
• Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services always turned on)
• Access app support and troubleshooting solutions
• Meet your hearing care professional for an online visit (by appointment)
• Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya)
• Adjust sounds around you with sound equalizer (available for Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Real™ models)
• Track your progress with HearingFitness™ feature (available for Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Real™ models)
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV Adapters, Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip
First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.
App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.
For optimal performance, we recommend updating your device to iOS 15.2 or later.

Connectivity problem

Had the top range version of hearing aids and connection problems constantly. I read apple solution that version 1.4.2 fixes this bug. Where is it? How do I get latest version. I think im getting refund for my aids. Cannot be bothered with connection problems all the time.

App not great

I purchased my hearing aids about five months ago worked fine, now app keeps saying pair your hearing device I go through it aids work but app still says pair aids now or later Needs sorted ASAP

The wearing time feature on this app works only sporadically. I find this very annoying.When will the app be updated to fix this problem?

The app doesn’t recognize uneven volume settings properly. I could have my left set at 0 and my right set at 3. When I put in my Real 1 hearing aids the app either mixes up left and right or sets them both to the same level.

Spent a lot of money on hearing aids and when new app came out have nothing but problems every day have to reinstall app to get Sid’s working. Please bring old app back as never had any problems. People spend thousands on hearing aids to then find an app that is total rubbish . No matter what you do to fix issues it still stops working. This is unacceptable. Bring old app back please

App not working or connecting

App is installed and updated, as is my iphone updated to latest OS. App will not connect and asks to be updated, i go to update but it already updated. Unistalled the app, reset phone to factory settings and reinstall the app. Exact same scenario repeats. This app is absolutely terrible. I will not be endorsing otticon or advise anyone to buy them. The reason i went with otticon was to have the availability to adjust the sound to different environments. Its an utter disgrace to spend thousands of euro on a product and have ZERO control. Fix the app!!! Or roll it back to the previous version which worked fine.

Hearing Aid not connecting

I have a right and left hearing aid , the App never connects to the right hearing aid. Like the previous reviewer I have tried deleting and reinstalling the App but this doesn’t make any difference. It is disappointing after spending so much on the hearing aids that the supplier cannot develop a properly functioning App that supports the user. I too found the previous App better.
