You used to be able to play a sound and now there are just arrows in there to show if you are “close” or not. If the hearing aids aren’t connected because they aren’t in your ear it just shows the last address you were at when you took them out- also unhelpful because you might have gone 4 other places in the meantime. Reconnecting in the app takes forever even though the phone is already paired as you can answer your phone immediately. Not impressed at all. Might be better ordering hearing aids off of the TV ads for $100. At least I wouldn’t expect them to be worth much. Even deleting the App and reinstalling it won’t work. Another day it might right away (rare). Really frustrating!
