Received an email from OTR advising 10c per litre discount on next fuel purchase. Went to fill up at Thorngate SA using the app. Put $150 of fuel in, went to pay with the app expecting discount to be applied, wouldn’t accept it and had to pay in store. Operator kindly gave me $1.40 discount. Drove past other fuel stations with cheaper fuel and went to OTR out of loyalty. Won’t do that again!!!

I visit the OTR at Munno Para West on a regular basis to get my morning coffee. The staff are the best. Always a friendly smile and they now know me and my regular order. Sandy, Julianne, Carolyn and Kat just to name a few of the best staff. 5 stars for Sandy and the team 😀

Went to the otr store on seacombe road Seaview downs as, I had looked up price for a gas bottle on the app at 29.99 at a different otr store, I went in store and was charged 35 which I questioned and got no response from the cashier, when I got home I checked the seacombe road store and I was over charged, I’m no concerned about the $5 so much as how many others get overcharged?
