## Ottawa Transit Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Good app"
Nice that I can depend on the timing.
-- Jefner2004, 2024-09-17

### ***** "Excellent App"
Most features of this app work fantastically, it is impossible to navigate Ottawa without this app. I highly recommend it.

There might be some mistakes from time to time but it’s mostly spot on for the most part 🙂
-- The Political Revolution, 2024-05-17

### *---- "Terrible App"
Can’t rely on it telling me when to expect my bus and never shows me the map of where my bus is. Very disappointing. 1 star only because it won’t let me send with 0 stars.
-- LROBI2023, 2024-04-10

### ***-- "Not always accurate"
There are often scenarios where the gps is not accurate. The other day I was walking to the bus stop and it said the bus would be there in 5 minutes, so I didn’t have a reason to run. Well the bus ended up coming 5 minutes early so I missed it. Also, the departure times at Tunneys Pasture are off every day, but that probably because the drivers are late leaving.

### ****- "Good!"
Pretty good app and is usually exact on the timing of the buses.
-- sophiap333, 2023-11-28

### *---- "Completely inaccurate"
Not only are the bus times completely inaccurate, for some busses when you choose one going one direction, it’ll show you the same bus going the opposite direction (bus 6 is an example of this). Do better OC Transpo. None of your trackers work.
-- Annoyed66660000, 2023-08-16

### ****- "Trip Planning"
Overall very accurate bus times just wish it had the option to plan trips.
-- jackottawa, 2023-07-15

### ***-- "Good app but glitching a lot"
I love this app but will have to rate 3 stars for now as it keeps glitching and saying “no trips at this time” and if I refresh 3-4 times and they show up and I click on one, it also says “nothing to show” until I refresh again 3-4 times. Will update my rating when it is fixed!

### ****- "Pass-through lines at major hubs"
Good day
I would like to report an issue I am facing with pass-through lines at major hubs (Rideau, St Laurent, etc.).
When the same line has 2 directions at the same stop (i.e. bus 7 at Rideau), when trying to obtain details of GPS positions for the 2nd direction, it always fails and reports on the 1st direction only.
Is it something that can be fixed please?
Thanks
-- Hahvebfiahyrv, 2022-11-07

### *---- "Total Rubbish"
I am not happy. This app informed me my bus was not coming for 15 minutes. Looking out of the window of the store I see my bus stop and leave. Needless to say I’m deleting this noxious little App , it belongs in the trash.
