DO NOT PURCHASE IT IF YOU’RE STUDENT! I’ve just purchased the education plan with 1200 minutes last week, after few lectures, the account minutes are already full but not allow to release even if I deleted all recording permanently!!! I’ve just wanted to let everyone know those 1200 minutes are not realistic for students to assist their study or learning.

I hope you can add the font size for us to choose from after submitting the stop button. currently only available to read the transcript in different font size when using the pause button. When replaying the recorded text, if the font size can be enlarged, this app will become perfect!
I am quite a new user of Otter and I found it great. It can transcript more than 95% of what a native speaker said. However, currently I faced a problem which I could not upload my recording and what Otter keeps popping up is “error occurred”. Even I want to send an enquiry about my problem, I can’t send it through its internal “contact support”. I can’t login to my account on Otter’s website as well. I am not sure if these could be fixed soon. I just want suggestion to solve these (on my own if no diagnosis is available) or simply solutions for all the problems occurred.
