No customer services. Why there is no call support. Why are you guys hiding. After payment there is no app update to pro. No response from 4 days. Worst service looting public money.

Excellent tool for transcribing audio to text
Have now been using for years and remember to subscribe only when I want to use the app. A Must have in researchers and scholars toolkit.
Paid for pro, still see basic plan, no support available
Paid for pro but I still see basic plan, tried contacting support, but they don’t respond
I use it for voice note taking
Wish they could create a lite plan just for users like us.

Support team doesn’t respond at all and issue remains unresolved
Saved my life
I never write reviews, this is the first app for whi h I’m writing it for. It’s just amazing considering how my teacher’s first language isn’t even English. It catches and transcribes the words well. Go for it, you won’t regret

Mind Blowing
Otter does an amazing job in understanding the Indian accent and also many IT technology terms. I wish otter to be brought at insane price by a large enterprise and make it available more widely.
