Upgrading members has cost so much money, but it feels that the improvement is not much after upgrading, and the monthly recording limit of 1200 minutes is completely not enough. Moreover, this software also has a serious bug: the recording comments will flash back after deletion and will be Network lag for a long time (network fluency is also Network lag).
It has now been over a week since I purchased the subscription renewal for 1st time but completely unable to use the app. It keeps saying “Active Team members cannot purchase Premium plan” and everytime I try to hit Refresh at the “There are no active subscription to restore”. I have reached out to Customer Support (very slow in getting feedback) and provided the tranx receipts and the last email from them was on 26 May. Very disappointed customer here! Please refund me.
The trancript is not accurate compare to others. There have alot of mistakes and it cannot detect the numbers

I’ve used many AI transcription software and Otter is one of the best because of its accuracy of transcription. It makes my work easier as I can turn audio into words and speeds up my work too. Highly recommended.
Really good and efficient app for voice recording and converted to transcripts.
Trial version was very good. Fast and easy until I upgraded it to pro version, took a long time to upload my video but always failed at 97% or 98%. Changed to other shorter videos with only 20MB, finally uploaded but the pro version do not show the uploaded video.
Seriously the amount of functionality you guys provide for free is impressive. I frequently use this app in meetings with executives and made my entire team download it as well. Seriously considering subscribing at the moment

I have been using otter for a couple of years now and I am growing more and more disappointed in the accuracy of what it hears. Lately, if I use my phone to record, the desktop app only shows/makes available a portion of the recording which has been super frustrating. My latest issue was a 12 minute recording done off my phone, but the recording when I went to retrieve it from my desktop was only 3 minutes long. With all the advances in AI you’d think this would be more accurate. Especially since I’m using the paid version. Smh…
