They promise to find appointments and cover a lot of things which make you switch to this insurance. But uning it is a disappoinment, they provide very poor survice and will book you an appointment super late and which is not fully covered.

Seit 4 Jahren Kunde und es läuft sehr viel richtig. 

Starten wir mit der App. Technisch große Klasse. Alles funktioniert, läd schnell und es ist intuitiv zu benutzen. 
Mir fällt nichts ein was mich stört. 

Ottonova als Versicherung ist hervorragend unkompliziert. 

Innerhalb der 4 Jahre ist mein Beitrag in Summe um 6% gestiegen - und das trotz der wilden Zeiten. 

Vergebe hier sowohl für das Produkt als auch für die digitale App 5/5

App functions fine, sometimes misses Notion and logs you out for no reason. 

The main problem is that reimbursement takes maximum time possible, sometimes more than a month. 
I have to pay huge bills myself and then wait forever till they reimburse. 
That’s not something I was expecting.

Die App selbst funktioniert super, aber aktuell ist die Zahnzusatzversicherung nicht zu empfehlen Bearbeitungszeit von mind. 5-6 Wochen. Auf Rückfrage wird darauf verwiesen das hoffentlich innerhalb der nächsten Monate Verbesserungen/Automatisierungen erzielt werden.

### ****- "Sehr gute PKV mit vielen Vorzügen aber langsamen Auszahlung"
Ich mag die Kommunikation und die Prozesse bei der ottonova sehr. Man wird geduzt kann vieles ohne Telefonanruf machen und alles liegt digital vor. Keine unnötigen Briefe mehr. Nur die Auszahlung dauert seit Monaten schon super lange. Teils warte ich einen Monat bis etwas kommt. Egal wie groß der Rechnungsbtrag ist.
