## OUCU Mobile Reviews in United States

### **--- "App is Always Under Maintenance"
I swear every time i actually need the bank app, it's "unavailable due to maintenance." This is so inconvenient, the one time I needed to send my money through the bank to my sister in another country, the bank app was not working!!! I am debating on switching banks just because of how often this happens.
-- nopeonarope1, 2025-12-05

### *---- "Don’t Even Bother"
Terrible app! It kept saying “record doesn’t match” I felt like I was being gaslight when I was trying to enter my password into the app. No issue on the computer version but what is the point of this app if it’s going to be anything but a convenience? I will be deleting promptly. Save yourself the trouble!
-- AppleBlossom5, 2025-07-03

### *---- "Trash"
App is poorly designed. Doesn’t like to cooperate and glitches out. A 6 year old could design a more stable platform.
-- JPTheStud, 2025-04-21

### *---- "App stopped working reliably"
I can log in through the web site fine but the app has generally said “login currently not available right now try again later”. Please fix
-- OrangePuppet, 2023-09-26

### *---- "Not working"
This app won’t work and is showing me my savings from 2017. All started as soon as I updated the app.

Very glitchy and poor accessibility. Please hire someone to fix the app all together.
-- LPUserrr, 2023-03-02

### *---- "No longer working"
For awhile the app is no longer allowing me to sign in and causes me to miss a few bill payments. No longer happy with this banking company
-- Ryhrjgkdkajxjfjdhd, 2022-11-28

### ***-- "Needs improvement"
Texts have stopped working and Face ID does not work, although I think these are separate issues. Very happy with my service otherwise they just need to fix the app
-- Eprex, 2019-10-29

### ***-- "Fingerprint login broken"
'Nuff said. The fingerprint login feature is not working in the latest update saying "you have yo use your password until you verify" or some crap.
-- Super_J_, 2018-12-18

### *---- "eDeposit not supported for iPhone 6s; Log In Error"
Ever since I updated the app, eDeposit has not been working for me. Also, I’ve tried to reset my password and it keeps timing out. Please update this app.
-- Ugh...smh, 2018-06-06

### ***-- "Fix Inbox"
Love site but every time I click the inbox on messages I kept getting logged out
