## Ouno App Description
The worlds first 'invite only' executive ride hailing application. Allowing users to access executive level vehicles on demand and a pre scheduled service. Launched in London, UK bringing together the cities most elite drivers. Users can either be invited to join the application by current users, or can apply online and once applications are approved they can start using the platform. OUNO strives to be at the forefront of sustainable travel solutions, so will be incentives for drivers and riders who chose to drive and travel electric.

I recently made an account on ouno after finding out about ouno on instagram. Made my first booking and they keep cancelling. I try again a different day to find out they have cancelled again with no reason.
Sooner or later i find out i have got logged out of the app and been told to contact customer service. i contacted them explaining what happened and they hang up the phone. 

Terrible app!! would not recommend

I'm giving the OUNO App a one-star rating due to its misleading pricing and poor customer service. The app promised a flat rate for a taxi service, but I ended up being charged an exorbitant waiting fee that was never mentioned during booking or when I called to clarify service. Efforts to resolve this with their customer service were futile, as they were unresponsive and unhelpful when finally reached.

This experience was both frustrating and costly, and the lack of transparency within the app is unacceptable. I advise others to be wary of using this service, I will not use Ouno again and have disputed the charges as they breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015 with a lack of transparency, misleading information and unfair terms.
