I love the fact that both IPs and GCs are able to use it together and that the language is tailored to our situation. There are a couple of things that would take this to 5* for me. I would love to be able to backdate updates - it is frustrating that dates are incorrect if you can’t add an update on the exact day it happens. For example, I started using the app after our first heartbeat confirmation appointment and realized - after I had added notes on a later appointment - that it would be nice to include notes on the heartbeat appointment as well. The shared timeline eliminated endless group texts and emails, keeping everyone connected regardless of distance. Posting bump pics, and ultrasound captures and seeing my intended parents' real-time reactions makes us feel like we're experiencing these moments together. The app understands each role in the journey. My updates acknowledge that it's their baby growing in my body, offering me updates on what’s going on inside while giving parents updates about THEIR baby's development. We also use the app to track calendar appointments for upcoming OB visits they are dialing in to. Unfortunately when I tried to invite them to the journey I had already started documenting, the 12-digit code required for them to join was nowhere to be found. Apparently I needed to have saved it from when I first created my account. I wish I had known because now if I want to use this app, I have to create a new account. This would be fine if I could add entries that are back-dated but that isn’t possible either.
