This evening I arrived am went to book a female GP. The app only showed 2 male GPs as been available and would not allow you to select female, to view available female GP’s. I spoke to the receptionist who confirmed she would book me in to see a female GP. After waiting a considerable amount of time, a male GP called my name. So I was forced back to the end of the queue. I was then told there were 7 patients in front of me and see now there is 11. Really women poor experience.
Please. The app needs to say where you are in the queue. This would prevent so many people lining up and asking how long. Update: i see the updated version shows this. Thanks!!

The new update with countdown is great. Time is money and we are now utilising it efficiently
This app is ok, but only helps the medical centre. Doesn’t allow for remote check in and you have to be in the medical centre to check in. by the time you get there, you may find out that you have 30 other patients ahead of you, with only 2-3 doctors available and a 3-hour waiting time. It would be nice to check-in remotely so you might wait most of the time at home. Also, having an waiting period estimation would make it easier to arrive at the right time.
Version 2.3 has removed the number of people waiting in the queue despite what the developer has said. Do not upgrade!

Doctors never use the app services (uploading documents or notifications of when they’re ready to see you). The app would be great if the practice actually used it right but they don’t. I wouldn’t waste your phone storage on getting the app which only benefits the practice.
App told me i couldn’t use it unless the latest version of the app is updated. WELL, it was. and i still wasn’t able to use the app, I deleted it, and re-downloaded it and still NOTHING. dumb dogs
Absolutely pathetic! The queue system does not show how long you need to wait. Very complicated to use than other systems.
