## Our Streets Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Too many errors...."
1) Data for collection dates was wrong said today and they collected yesterday, Wednesday, as they always do other than bank holiday weeks. 2) had selected my address when initially opening app (which was correct) but then on complaints form had to select again but this time Find my address had address and correct postcode but with incorrect additional street info. 3) couldn't use complaints form as relevant department not listed and without this form can't be submitted (and you can't just type one in). So not a particularly useful experience.

### **--- "Providing incorrect info"
The details of which items will be recycled in any given date are wrong. Five weeks after reporting, it still hasn’t been fixed.
-- Andywill69, 2024-01-23

### **--- "Photo upload doesn't work on iPhone 13 and newer"
Seemingly due to a photo upload size limitation. Otherwise it is a good app, but one of the main functionalities is bugged on newer phones
-- Dinth, 2023-08-27

### ***** "Simple and quick"
No need to register and all on one page, I love it
-- AnonLifter, 2020-06-06

### ***** "User friendly"
Nice clear and user friendly.
