En somme, elle devient inutile sans forfait mensuel … À ce point optez pour une Apple Watch, application cellulaire ou autre. Les disponibilités de base ne sont pas généreuse, mise à jour svp

Very upset at how bad the “Circles” feature is for comparing your data to friends’ data. This could be improved so easily with better UI - just show the data in a standard bar graph!

Is it expensive. Yes. I wish there was a yearly subscription discount. I love everything tho. But I do wish I could log my weight to track too.

Just got the ring and went on the app to set up, followed the prompt and created the account with membership plan. And was told to return to the Oura App to personalize. After pressing continue on the app, it said “We were unable to verify your account. Please complete the instructions in the Account Setup email. If you didn't receive this email, check your spam folder or resend below.” so I went on resend the email and did the process again, same thing happened. Them I chose continue, I went back to the original screen. I repeated this process 3 times and it is frustrating. So I went on to contact for support. There is no phone number to call, there is a bot to create a ticket for me and told to be expected a reply within 48 hours. Not a great way to start.

I started having battery and syncing issues due to a faulty manufactured product and Oura will do nothing about it! I literally have to coinflip on whether or not my sleep gets tracked, its so frustrating!! This is seriously the worst customer service I've had for the amount of money I've paid for this product. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Expensive! And try to become a member in fact that option should be app activated. Payed membership this is causing a low sleeping score.

App updating freezes every single time and leaves an open notification on my phone. This is the only app that does this.

I feel that I have a medical team 24/7 with me, working in the background, without me ever noticing them. I have a very stressful work, it affects my daily life, sleep and performance. This little ring is helping me cope. I do have the monthly subscription, and I gladly pay it so the Oura team can keep on developing product that is directly supporting me. I am a data driven person, so all the parameters that are being tracked, I appreciate.

I love my Oura ring. The ONE thing you guys need to do is let us Record Workout HR with various types of exercises. Eg. Functional strength training, step master, etc.
