Keep getting an error message when sending an email to activate the account. This is garbage.

Loved my Oura 2 while it lasted. Yet, it did not last. Only option is to repurchase a whole new device that, unlike Oura 2, is held hostage by a subscription model. Way to fumble the ball, Oura sales and marketing

Prior to the new update I really liked it very simple to use. Everything was really organized now with the new update. I have no idea where anything is. I feel like I use my ring less because I don’t know how to put in my activity. I can’t see my activity. I can’t see where my temperature is anymore. It’s extremely complicated versus everything just being right there before when you went into the app so I would highly recommend going back to how it was. Because we need to pay for this app and we need to pay for natural cycle so if I need to relearn how to use the new app system, I might as well just go and buy a ring that goes with my phone and learn that one and not have to pay subscription fees.

After iOS upgrade, it won’t allow me to sign in (error message) even after all the recommended troubleshooting. Frustrating, and basically makes the ring useless. It used to really like it.

It worked for a while. Until the ring got confused of my body temperature because of a hot bath and I could no longer follow tendencies because of this high peak that made the regular data a bunch on lines at the bottom of the chart. They said there is nothing they can do to make the data readable. After that I realized that the rings thinks I wake up two hours too early. Because my boyfriend wakes up earlier the ring register more movement and thinks I woke up. Once again they said that they wouldn’t do anything although the see the problem. This ring is quite expensive for being among of the least accurate of the market. In resume, the programming is an enormous weekpoint probably because the team is negligent on the matters brought by customers experience. Other cheaper device are much more accurate and have better consideration for costumers.

I love the app and the ring. The problem is that it is trying to update right now and it won’t download. All of my other apps weee able to update, so I assume it’s a problem with the Oura update.

Many upgrades and new features over time. Plenty of insightful metrics to help me reach my objectives. Love it.

Harder to access information. New vitals and health tabs are useless

I really REALLY hope this is some sort of half step towards a better UI. If not, the new UI is a disaster, valuable data berried, pointless out of context info taking up prime real estate. Definitely makes me tempted to try one of the competitors, the old UI was one of the only reasons OURA was still considered the leader… that definitely changed with this hot garbage.

I HATE the new UI. It’s terrible. Add an option to turn it back.
