It's communication." — Ryan Brodie, Founder So we built the first calendar messenger — a shared calendar with a messenger built in. Every event has its own chat. Every change posts automatically. Files, photos, notes, and decisions stay with the event they belong to — not scattered across WhatsApp, iMessage, email, and five other apps. Create a group of 2 to 100, add your people, and start sharing in seconds. Couples, families, friends, clubs, students, sports teams, healthcare teams, work teams, shift workers, travelers, childcare, and event planners — OurCal has a template for every group. More than a planner or organizer — a calendar messenger where your group actually communicates. Trusted by 100K+ groups worldwide. The calendar your group will actually use. EVERY EVENT IS A CHAT Every event has its own dedicated chat — separate from your group chat. Discuss the plan, share photos, attach files, and make decisions without cluttering the group. React, reply, quote — just like your favorite messenger, but everything stays with the event it belongs to. GROUP CHAT FOR THE BIG PICTURE Your group chat is for the group — announcements, quick questions, and coordination that doesn't belong to a single event. Event updates and group messages all flow into your Activity feed, so nothing gets missed. AUTOMATIC CHANGE TRACKING Someone moved the dentist? You'll know. Every change posts a before-and-after update automatically — in the event chat and in your Activity feed. No more "wait, did you move that?" COLOR-CODED CALENDAR VIEWS Every member gets a color. Every event shows who it's for. See your kids' activities, your partner's shifts, and your own schedule in a single view. A busy family's week reads at a glance — no labels needed. SYNC ALL YOUR CALENDARS Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook — pull them into one place. Already subscribe to calendars for sports schedules, school calendars, or TV schedules? Sync those too. See your personal diary and shared calendars side by side. No more switching apps. No more double-booking. SMART EVENT CREATION Type "Dentist Tuesday 3pm for an hour" and it's done. Natural language event creation, entirely on device. Add a reminder, set a todo, or schedule a recurring event — all in plain English. GROUPS FOR YOUR WHOLE LIFE Home. Work. School. Social. Each group has its own calendars, members, and chat. Set up one for your family, a separate one for your team, another for your kids' sports club. One app, every group. SHARE SHIFTS AND SCHEDULES Nurses, paramedics, police officers, hospitality workers — share your shift schedule so your family and friends never plan over your working days. ENCRYPTED. EVERYTHING. ALWAYS. Every profile, group, calendar, event, message, and file — end-to-end encrypted by default. ANSSI-certified. Not a feature. A foundation. Your data stays yours. No ads. No tracking. Ever. BUILT FOR APPLE Pure SwiftUI on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. Reminders, widgets, Siri Shortcuts, Face ID event locking, and day-one support for every major release. Me and my husband ❤️ love it! -- sillacillakilla, 2024-12-27 ### ***** "Make your life easier with OurCal" My family needed a better way to organize all of our tasks and keep on top of things. I use a wall calendar, but my husband pretends that it’s invisible sometimes. We liked the idea of the skylight calendar but hated the price. I found OurCal on the App Store and it looked like it had the same capabilities as the skylight calendar so we gave it a shot. We are a few months in and it has made our lives so much easier. My husband and I can enter in appts and share it on the family calendar so we are always on the same page. The plus feature, which is actually affordable, makes it easy to repeat appts like dance and karate so I don’t have to spend an hour entering it in week after week. 10/10 would recommend. -- HotMessExpress and an SSRI, 2024-12-11 ### ***** "Best App!" My other half and I use this app! It’s absolutely amazing!! We both can put things in the calendar so we never forget what each other has going on! It truly has become part of our daily routine! Hands down the best calendar app to use for families or even with your significant other or even friends! I have recommended this app to friends and they also love it!❤️ -- Brookeiler1234, 2024-11-13 ### **--- "Started to cost" I get it you have to start charging money for some features but come one charge just to repeat something a month. For me that’s just lame. I was wrong about app, I’m just deleting it I can do many things through apple calendar and share for free -- 117877, 2024-11-12 ### ***** "Customer support" I had what I thought was a technical issue so I reached out to them in regards. They answered me immediately and started the process to resolve my issue which didn’t take long at all. I was very pleased with their service and customer support. They were great!!! -- Double D6484, 2024-08-30 ### **--- "Was loving it" I set up this app for my family. All of a sudden anything I input does not show up on the calendar. It shows up when I hit the group button along the bottom. It has also deleted events I already put in for the future (ex. A dr appt I have next month). I keep checking daily to see if there is a new update for the app but as of today there hasn’t been. This is extremely frustrating and I’m disappointed. I have only been using this app since May (I switched calendar apps) and I was loving it but now I wonder if I need to switch again. Any help would be appreciated. -- Mlovesmickey8, 2024-08-28 ### ****- "good app!!" very good app me and my boyfriend use all the time to keep track of our busy schedules and plan when we can hangout next! -- carli10122, 2024-08-01 ### *---- "All of a sudden pay walls" Was using this calendar app with my partner and it was super useful. We created several different calendars and it was really helpful. Just went to add another event to one of my calendars and it’s been put behind a paywall. Now we can’t use it -- DelMT0429, 2024-07-30 ### ***-- "Subscription services" It’s kinda stupid that if my group wanted the premium version we all would have to pay $30 instead of one of us paying for the group so we all had the feature -- Tntdragon21, 2024-06-24 ### ***** "Wonderful app to organize a group" We decided to try this app for work because we have multiple people doing different things and we never knew what was going on with each other. It has been a lifesaver. We are so much more organized and can help each other out because we now know each other‘s schedule I made suggestion for the app, and they immediately contacted me and kept in touch, this is absolutely one of the best apps that I have used for business. -- Pareshb31, 2024-03-26 [View all OurCal Calendar Messenger reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## OurCal Calendar Messenger In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | OurCal+ Every Group Member | $17.99 | | OurCal+ Individual | $2.99 | ## OurCal Calendar Messenger Discovered Keywords -
