## OurCar.SG Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Terrible app"
Downloaded it to get a carpark receipt but it can’t do that. Doesnt even have the building where I found the qr code on. Also can’t copy paste info on it.
-- International clinic, 2024-10-30

### *---- "App doesn’t load"
I have no confidence in this at all and my season depended on this.
-- qstscthl, 2024-10-17

### *---- "The worst app for parking."
If it’s not for the location I park requires me to use this app. I would not have consider installing it.

I now cannot even renew my season parking cos it says there is no such vehicle in the system. Then how the hell did I manage to get into the parking and it indicates season parking.

I am effing tired trying to renew.
-- Userthatneedsparking, 2024-07-26

### *---- "Im confused on the purpose of the app"
1. Cant add bank card
2. Cant find parking location
3. App tells me to enable location permission for the app when it has already been enabled

User testing is not rocket science.
Please dont release an app with 80% of features not functional
-- kellylimjunyi, 2024-07-05

### *---- "Biometric function has issues"
Cannot link biometrics, features aren’t implemented properly.
-- TheBigB3n, 2024-06-15

### *---- "Poor language used"
“No receive password”. Please design the app with care.
