## OurEdge (formerly EyeRate) Reviews in United States

### *---- "App won’t open!!"
i’ve used this app for 3 years and now whenever i click on it, it glitches non stop. I tried deleting app, redownloading it and the same problem over & over again! I have $ that i cannot access on there because of this weird glitch.
-- haleybabyg, 2025-10-08

### *---- "Can't even log back in."
Won't take my password and when I try to change my password it can't even send a "magic link" there words not mine for a change password link. Only thing magic about it is it won't appear in my email.
-- Andrepic, 2025-10-04

### *---- "Disappointing"
This app does a horrible job updating. I’ve had to contact customer support just for reviews to be updated and it’s happening again. I should not have to contact customer support just for reviews to be updated.
-- Rue Vene, 2024-09-20

### *---- "Bad service"
I never got my $30 after I gave em the last 4 digits of my card TWICE. Smh
-- Ikiakos, 2024-08-30

### *---- "Disappointing"
This app is extremely disappointing to have to use. If I forget my password there is literally no way to log back in. There should be a smoother log in process
-- Penny99996, 2024-08-29

### *---- "Unfortunate"
Would be a great app if there wasn’t so many hoops you had to jump through to cash yourself out. Is a great tool for employers to dangle imaginary carrots in front of your face..yay capitalism 🙄
-- Bingsandstuff, 2024-06-10

### ***** "Thank you!"
Vivian helped me fix an issue I needed handled! Thank you for the prompt response.
-- LJS575, 2023-10-09

### ***** "Customer service"
Vivian was very helpful with all of my questions and took the time to explain the answers in a way I could understand. Very friendly and fast!
-- Zmb killer, 2023-10-02

### *---- "I can’t update my profile"
I can’t even update my profile, especially when clients shorten my nickname and I can’t even get me reward for a review about me.
-- UrEvilQueen, 2023-09-24

### ***** "Shout out Vivian!"
EyeRate is a great system on allowing us to obtain an extra source of income. Whenever I required assistance, Vivian was extremely helpful and efficient. Response times were less than 2-3 minutes and she was able to resolve any issues I had quickly. Thank you, Vivian!
