Good idea, bad execution

Would love to use this app as it promises exactly what the Apple podcast app is missing. However, it doesn’t work for me. Downloads will randomly pause and when I try to unpause, it just restarts at 0 %.

Sehr gut

Im Sommer gehe ich oft ohne Handy spazieren. So kann ich trotzdem meine Podcast hören.

Funktioniert nicht

Mit der watch war bisher noch kein einziger Download eines Podcasts möglich. Das UI ist ziemlich umständlich, es lässt sich aber irgendwie alles finden. Dass dann aber der Download nicht funktioniert, macht die App überflüssig.

Hält, was sie verspricht

Nach dem ganzen Synchronisation-Desaster mit der Podcast-App von Apple und Overcast habe ich mit dieser App endlich eine Möglichkeit gefunden, Podcasts gezielt auf meine Apple Watch zu laden. Die App kommt ohne Schnickschnack, was ich auch nicht brauche. Ich möchte vor dem Fitness einfach sichergehen, dass ich genügend Unterhaltung offline auf meiner Watch befindet. Für ein Training von 1h werden etwa 20% Batterie verbraucht, also durchaus moderat. Ist dein Geld mehr als wert.

Fonctionne uniquement en téléchargeant les podcasts sur l’Applewatch. Pas de streaming. Compliqué à utiliser. L’application native fait bien mieux

This app does everything a podcast app should do. It’s amazing what you managed to deliver to such a small form factor. You should charge more for the app!

Best podcast app for Apple Watch

I’ve tried a few podcast apps for the Apple Watch, all of them are a hassle to transfer podcasts from the phone to the watch. This app is different and here it where it excels, podcasts are downloaded directly from the app. Now I’m happy again with my Apple Watch :)
