Every time I attempt to log on to my account via the Outlook app after not having logged on for a while, it doesn’t remember my log on info and after attempts to log on manually with the correct credentials, I get locked out of my account. This then requires me calling Outlook and then waiting forever for an agent to return the call in order to completely reset my password with a new one. Today I had to do this frustrating exercise three times and wasted approximately 2 hours of my time to do so.
