This is hands down the best podcast app. With the simple design that anyone can understand, if you just want to listen to a podcast real simple, to smart speed, sleep timers, integrated chapters, audio clips, playlists etc. You can use as many or as few of the features as you want it doesn’t shove it in your face, because the base is that good. This has been my podcast app ever since I started listing to podcasts and I don’t think I’ll ever change it.

I’ve been using Overcast since the beginning, and this new update is a great upgrade to me. 
After taking a little time to get used to the changes, I definitely prefer this new layout. 
The updated design language makes it more inline with where app design is today. This means that everything is more intuitive to me, because moving around the app is more like moving around the rest of the iOS ecosystem. 
This app has always been, and will continue to be, one of the main reasons I am not even considering  switching from iOS.
