Have not used App for several months as kept reporting it could not find  account details. Logging in since via OVO website has no problems. Tried App once more today. STILL cannot find account details. OVO website again worked perfectly, allowing account to be updated easily. App 0*, website 5*. Will not trust App any further as now appears to be 'dead'.

App used to say ‘grabbing your account details’ then ‘logging you in’ then opens summary page. Now it says ‘sorry, there has been a problem grabbing your account details’ and only offers Retry (does nothing) and Logout. Also refuses to download update. However, logging in via the OVO website works every time. Will be ditching App and using website only from now on.

Awful. Just so so bad! I am so angry with OVO and their pathetic useless rubbish app! At least 5 times this year the app has “timed out” while topping up but has still taken the money out of my bank! But not applied the credit. I then spend 30 mins on webchat with OVO and bank trying to resolve it. Their answer being “we haven’t taken the money it’s pending with your bank and will be returned after 7 days”. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Will definitely be moving supplier.

“Update doesn’t work and I can’t even start the app. It was good before.” However few days later I am very nicely surprised by the quick response of the Developer by resolving the issue!! It is very supportive to know someone listening on the other end. Thanks

Asked to update but keeps going around in circles to App Store but no update available only the open button which then takes you back to the app which tells you you need to update. Useless!!

The current usage calculation are incorrect as they are missing a days worth of data in some instances, and in other instances, it shows the average value rather than total value or vice versa. In fairness, I’ve flagged both items with OVO and the tech team fixed the latter fairly quickly. The former is still outstanding. In addition, I cant access the app today as it says there has been up update which needs to be applied so it won’t let you in, but when I go to the App Store, it just shows “open”. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app but the same issue occurs, so currently the app isn’t accessible at all.
