Does not work.
When I open the app on my iPhone, it tell me to go online to view my account. Is says the app can’t handle complex meter setups. I only have one meter. Even when you logon line it tells you there is a problem. What is going on.

I’ve tried the app, and it’s just not as useful and easy to get the info I want as the website. I don’t understand why you would produce an app that’s not as good as your website.
Was a simple to use app, but since latest update Face Recognition no longer works. Do you ever test these things?
Since las update Face ID has stopped working on both iPhone and iPad even when enabled in settings. Now have to login every time you open the app. Don’t you test these updates before release?
It’s been over 2 months still no meter .still waiting for manger to call me .it been 1 week .and the lies and 1 of your staff putting the phone down on me .complete joke .but when it comes to payments it goes through straight away .i don’t know how much I have on my gas and electricity.thinking about leaving OVO because all u care about is the money and not your customers————-0 star————————-
I need this app for one thing: to submit meter readings. Unfortunately when I tap on “Submit a reading”, I’m taken to a page that shows the titles “Gas” and “Electricity” with loading symbols underneath that never load anything, essentially making this app useless for me.
Still waiting for a new password tried several times on line but even after speaking to someone on the phone who said they would email me with one it has not been recieved😵💫😵💫
Can’t pay money into account now. What’s the point of this new version it’s a backwards step.
A good app, when it works. Seems my app no longer works which may correspond with the update. Very annoying as I now can’t keep an eye on my energy usage.
Neither gas or electric readings can be submitted as after entering the reading and pressing submit the screen just hangs. That and a now appalling user interface, makes this is very poor user experience
