This was my first time visiting OWNDAYS, as I went in to enquire about contact lenses. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to the attitude and manner of a staff member named Caleb. When another staff member suggested that I try the contact lenses, I explained that I was in a rush and asked how long the process would take. Caleb responded that it would take about five minutes and that fitting was required by the optometrist. However, his tone came across as curt, rude, and uninterested. What was more surprising was that he himself was the optometrist. I was genuinely taken aback by how unprofessional and dismissive his manner sounded. As a first-time customer, this left a very poor impression of the brand. I believe customer service, especially in a healthcare-related setting like eye care, should be professional, respectful, and reassuring. Unfortunately, this was not reflected in my experience. Similar incident for my colleague when I share my bad experience. It’s ok to pay but need to communicate and inform us so that we can decide if it’s worth to change the lens without warranty.
