Worst app, same as the service
Their app 9th edition was full of bugs. Didn’t allow user to use the previous purchase. A same with 10 edition application. When contacted developer he asked me to sign in through oup id. Which again can not be signed in since last few months due to server issues.
PATHERTIC
Complete Solution
I have been using this dictionary since last month and I am fully satisfied. I recommend this dictionary for all age group as it contains phrases, idioms, collocation, simply each and everything that fulfills all the requirements.
App getting auto closed
Its very conducive and beneficial app. But last few days it’s showing problem of getting auto closed again and again meanwhile searching words.
Love it!
A great indispensable lexicon!
App doesn’t work
Even after multiple logins (using an access code from the 10th edition hardback) I’m unable to access the full content.
Awesome dictionary but not affordable
The dictionary is really awesome but it’s not affordable at all for students like me who belong to a middle class family. The OALD team must ensure a less price that is affordable for poor and middle class students.
Could not sign in..
I have purchased the dictionary with a promo code and I redeemed it but in the app it is not signing to my account showing two errors-
1)Could not connect to the servers.
2) Try to redeem the code
I have tried 20 times but it is not working.
If developers are reading this please help me out..
