Not able to find support
I bought the four year access to app. Often crashed after a few months. I have been trying to reload again and again but didn’t work. I don’t know who can help

No sound for pronunciation
I’m using iPhone 12 pro, plz fix it.
It’s not compatible with iOS 15.1…
After I’ve upgraded my iPhone to iOS 15.1, every time I open my 10th edition of Oxford advanced learner’s dictionary, it crashes…. It’s a significant issue for me to solve. Is there any solution to this problem?
OALD is always my first reference when bumping into new words
Purchased. Or… let’s be more precise: I paid 1-year subscription for the app (oxford advanced Lerner dictionary; OALD) I also purchased the old OALD app long time ago (I remember it was an one-time purchase, no need to subscribe…); however, the old OALD app seems not compatible with my current/ newest version of iOS… so now I have to upgrade to OALD 10. I keep supporting this app as it improves my English constantly. The explanation of a new word is always easy to understand, with comprehensive usage examples (sentences). I have just one thing to complain: for the functionality of adding words to “my favorites”: folder-hierarchy supported… but the simplest function: renaming the folder… is unsupported? Would the app developer kindly fixing this?
Cannot log on Oxford ID.
After purchasing the license on website, I cannot log on this app, which keeps showing I don’t have license. I contacted eltsupport on 8/16 and the problem persisted.
New partner to learn English
Have been waiting for OALD 10 for a while. After trying 2 days for free, I just subscribed a year. This is my first time subscribing to a dictionary, looking forward to having fun with it in English world.
Unethical Practices, Poor Service, and Outdated Content
I bought OALD 9 permanently, but now I’m being forced to buy OALD 10 without the option to restore my previous purchase. This is an unethical practice aimed at pushing users to spend more. The app quality is poor, customer support is terrible, and vocabulary updates are lacking. I strongly advise against purchasing this app. Don’t waste your money on such deceptive services!
