I bought the Oxiline blood pressure monitor in part because of the app—I wanted to keep a record of my BP readings on my phone. This app is a total disappointment. First, connecting the device and the app (normally an easy automatic process) was frustrating and grueling. I spent 20 minutes trying different combinations of steps before I got a successful connection, then when I came back to it later the device wouldn’t connect again. While the device itself keeps a log of all readings, the app does not; it only shows readings taken in “live” mode when the app was open while the device was in use. But there’s little incentive to open the app for a “live” reading because the app simply mirrors the screen of the device. Even worse, opening the app requires typing my email and password EVERY TIME even though the app is on my phone. So what did I gain by installing the app? Frustration pairing with the device, frustration at having to repeatedly sign in, and frustration at seeing only a few of my readings in the app log. The purpose of an app is to enhance user experience but this app totally fails. Overall, this is an annoying and amateurish program that does a disservice to the product. Update: I installed the app MedM instead and it quickly paired with my Oxiline blood pressure device and is recording readings. I strongly recommend users make that switch.

Very disappointed I wanted a blood pressure cuff that is accurate and can record my readings. The Bluetooth will not connect will be returning cuff.

This app has the potential to be a good app. It has Bluetooth but is useless as it will not upload the log. It will not stay connected even when sitting next to the BP monitor. The only good thing it it’s free so you can dump it Waste of time. The developers should be ashamed to put this out.

Purchased the Oxiline to replace my OMRON. The OMRON app is far superior. Please update your app to sync better. The OMRON even syncs automatically and past readings from the machine. The display on the app often says disconnected when I have the device on and I’m sitting next to it with phone app open.

Worst app ever. As others have mentioned, if the app is running when turning the meter on, they won’t sync. You then have to force close the app and restart it. Next, the app doesn’t properly record the user’s birth date. It’s one day off. If you enter April 16 then save for example, the app will display April 17. You will need to enter a date one day earlier for the app to display the correct date. Next, the reminder time seems to be permanently set to the eastern time zone. I set it to 1800 (6:00 pm) but the reminder went off at 1500 (3:00 pm). I have to set it to remind me at 2100 (9:00 pm) to get the notification at 6:00 pm. Finally, the Email Us in the app support doesn’t work. The web browser won’t open because the link provided to it by the app is no good. Also the chat function is useless because it just takes you to a search box. What a joke this entire company is.

I use in combination with a pressure x pro. The app will not make a Bluetooth connection unless the app is shut down (iOS swipe up and up to force close) and restarted with the monitor on during the restart. There is a button in the app when clicking on your device that looks like it would be for reconnecting but it has yet to work.

The app doesn’t connect and the support number doesn’t work to talk with someone on their website seems sketchy to me and I paid a lot for this device. Also can’t seem to find where to buy glucose control solution on their site. Not user friendly and support is poor.

Installed the app with the Oxiline Gluco XPro and connected via Bluetooth. Took 2 readings and the app doesn’t show the data from either. Why do I need an app that doesn’t work? Good concept, poor execution. Update: the app connects now, probably my error. Must open the app after the Gluco XPro is on for the system to work properly. I like the idea of using the chart functionality to display trends; however, neither the days of the week in the weekly graph, nor the dates of the month on the monthly graph correspond to the day or date that the measurements was taken. For example, today is Tuesday and my measurement on the chart shows Saturday. The date in the log is correct. If that is the best the charts can display, I would suggest removing the labels on the x-axis of the charts and just show the line of measurements against the y-axis.

Very difficult to connect with my iPad. After multiple attempts it connected but it’s quirky, which is a polite comment. However I’ve not been able to download the log from my device.

SPECIFICALLY, I needed a monitor with an app that would transfer my BP readings to my doctor. I did my research and Oxiline made promises to fulfill exactly what I needed. Yesterday I received it and immediately had difficulty connecting my iPhone to the monitor app. I got it to connect a few times but to do that I had to delete the app, redownload it, and start over but never had enough of a consistent connection. I also tried shutting down my iPhone. No luck. It’s not my WiFi connection - it’s great. It’s the app. Not only the app, the monitor’s Bluetooth symbol flashes but it can’t connect to the app., BIG PROMISES UNFULFILLED. And this monitor is expensive!!!😤
