The quality of properties on oyo has been disappointing every single time. The pictures are highly misleading. The property details are grossly inaccurate. The rooms, washrooms, linen are really dirty. The staff couldn’t care less about any of the issues guests face. It almost seems like regular hotels are being taken under oyo brand and their quality deteriorates immediately. Always avoid Oyo and take a chance at some local hotel. Most likely it will he better than Oyo.

They do not have any connect between property and company. Booked a room week back and when I reached there early in the morning they turned me back saying they have room to some marriage booking. And don’t have any rooms. 2 hours on call to get refund. Worst experience. Will spoil your day.

Booked a hotel thru the app and not only does the app have the wrong dates none of the info on the booking is correct. There's no option to speak to a live person the only option is a bot that just repeats the same thing without being of any assistance. Don't bother using the app you're better off using Priceline or booking.com

We stayed for a week in Cape Coral. The room was clean and had a full kitchen. There was a lanai right off bedroom where we could sit and smoke.For smokers, this is much better than having to go stand outside somewhere. The staff was so pleasant especially the man in reservations and the maid. The laundry facilities were excellent. I washed and dried big loads for $5.00. The pool is right on the water which was nice. This hotel is close to fine dining as well as burger joints. You can actually walk to quite a few places. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I keep getting texts saying 40% off and then a free room if I get the app but when I get it, there is no free room and the 40% off is more like 20% off. It’s a lie just stick with Expedia.

The front desk staff is the worst the two ladies that they put in charge need to go back to training for customer service ,they are rude and don’t deserve the position they have but because management hired family they stay around to harass the guest and refuse to give guests towels and have housekeeping clean the rooms they don’t really fix problems but put a bandage on the issue nothing is done with professionalism these to ladies are rude and should be replaced with professionals with manners and respect for the customer. They only care about the money the house keeping manager doesn’t like to do her job always want pass it back to the guest instead of actually doing her job

Tried completing the payment through PayPal and after successful payment at PayPal. It didn’t redirected me back to app. Unfortunately I tried multiple times using PayPal and it didn’t redirected me back even once. I taught payment didn’t go through. After some time when I went back in to app. It showed 4 booking. When I reached out to oyo team and explained them the situation and requested for a refund they didn’t issued a refund. In this era of AI, I have never seen a app where it automatically picks check out date to next day, once I picked the checkin date during a reservation, Picking the reservation dates while booking is so irritating. Suggestion to app developers: try copying the date picker from AIRBNB app. It is way more convenient

I booked oyo room from booking.com . Their system is hacked and some fraud message me telling he is from oyo team and scammed me. When I checked oyo team they have told their are not responsible for these. Beware of these oyo system . Try to stay away from them as possible

Beware for scams. I booked a motel for Portland Oregon and it double charged me for some random hotel in India. Customer service is not helpful. Had to get my bank to cancel the charges to India.
