Απαράδεχτη εξυπηρέτηση
Το chat δεν λειτουργεί και στο τηλέφωνο πρέπει να κάνεις τάμα για να το σηκώσουν.
Κακή εξυπηρέτηση
Λυπάμαι που για ακόμα μια φορά διαπιστώνω ότι ο όμιλος δεν μπορεί να ελέγξει τις παραδόσεις του και κλασικά ταλαιπωρείτε ο καταναλωτής.
Άβολο
Είναι άβολη η εφαρμογή. Κυρίως ο φάκελος με τα αποθηκευμένα που δεν είναι ξεχωριστά από το καλάθι και που σε κάθε πίσω πάτημα ανανεώνει όλη την συλλογή!

Δε μου αρέσει που πια δεν έχει εσώρουχα κ πιτζάμες. Δύσκολα θα ψωνίσω ξανά

Κολλάει πολλες φορές στην εύρεση τοποθεσίας και στον τρόπο πληρωμής.

Απαράδεκτοι
Έκανα την αγορά μου μέσω app στις 17/08/2023 και σήμερα 30/08 μ ενημέρωσαν -μετά τις αλεπάλληλες προσπάθειες που έκανα για να δω που βρίσκονται τα είδη που είχα παραγγείλει και φυσικά προπληρώσει-πως τελικά θα γίνει επιστροφη χρημάτων καθώς η μεταφορική δεν πήγε ποτέ να παραλάβει το πακέτο μου από την κεντρική αποθήκη της Oysho και τα είδη που είχα παραγγείλει δεν ήταν πλέον διαθέσιμα για αποστολή. Δεν θα ξαναπαραγγείλω ποτέ από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Απλά απαράδεκτοι.
