I scanned around 440 Funko Pops into their app and received a quote of $2,500. Since my "sale" exceeded $100, I qualified for their "free" shipping offer. After submitting my list, they emailed me with shipping labels attached. I packaged everything into nine boxes, brought them to USPS, and sent them off. A few days later, I noticed the tracking information hadn’t updated. I contacted USPS, and my case was escalated to the Postal Service Distribution Center. That’s when I was informed the shipping labels Ozone Toys provided were counterfeit. I had to drive to my county’s distribution center to resolve the issue, submitting copies of the emails to prove I wasn’t aware the labels were fake. I even had to sign a “first warning” notice, as using counterfeit shipping labels is a crime. On their website, Ozone Toys claims: "Our team of collectible experts is here to assist you through every stage of the selling process. Whether you have questions about pricing, shipping, or anything else, we're just a message away. Benefit from personalized support tailored to your needs, ensuring a smooth and informed selling experience." This couldn’t be further from the truth. When I informed them that USPS had flagged the labels as counterfeit, their response was essentially, “No, they’re not,” and they ignored my follow-up emails requesting assistance. I rarely leave reviews, even for bad service, but Ozone Toys takes advantage of collectors and their property. They are a complete scam, and I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. -- Cellophane37, 2024-12-19 ### ***** "Thank You.. Ozone Toys" Amazing app…. I’m beyond grateful for Ozone Toys. They made it easy for me to sell my collection of toys. Step by step. And they keep you posted with every step. I was impressed with how well it actually worked. -- Lower deen, 2024-12-05 ### ****- "Problem" The app keeps saying internal server error i don’t know what’s going on but I just sent in funkos and can’t see what’s going on -- deadimpulse57, 2024-12-03 ### **--- "Was a decent company" Sold with them in the past, got decent prices for my Lego minifigures and Funko Pops. The most recent submission experience was horrible though. They accused me of selling something I never sent in and accused me of selling “inauthentic” Lego parts and dismissed the rest of the order because of it. Did not even check to see after finding those two flaws. Adding onto the fact that they aren’t even taking many things as of lately. Just extremely unprofessional to blame the customer, will not be doing any business with them in the future. -- Beast_Boy, 2024-11-27 ### *---- "HORRIBLE experience" Stay AWAY from this app, they will find any excuse to rebate a quote (tiny little scratches on the box, etc), when I saw the pictures they sent me as "warning issues" I ask them to return them to me, and the last box they did not even checked the figures and just emailed me saying "there was an entire box in pretty poor condition", when I received it back I realized they did not even opened and just sent it back to me. You better use Ebay to sell your collection, it will take more time, but believe me is 100% better. -- marioesm, 2024-11-07 ### ***** "Very fair on prices and efficient with payment." I have sold several boxes of Pops to Ozone and I feel I have been treated 100% fair. Prices are good for second hand Pops & as a long time collector I understand the need for no box damage. Every Pop they deducted money from they sent pictures of the damage so there was no confusion or surprises. They pay for the shipping also which is great. All in all the process was simple and easy even for someone like me who was born before the internet was even around. I ran into a double whammy of unexpected medical & vet bills and this saved the day really because they didn’t take weeks to sort through the box & get payments sent. Everything took less than two weeks. Will be using the app again in the future. -- Somewhere in Scamerica, 2024-09-02 ### *---- "Horrible resellers" Horrible resellers buying $25 items to immediately turned around and sell them for hundred. Hope you have fun with the irs this year. -- dakota deppe, 2024-08-18 ### ***** "Georgianna" If a Conor is not perfect, I don’t see why you should pay zero for the item. Seems very unfair -- Popta_123, 2024-06-28 ### ***** "1st experience" Just sold around 20 items. The quoted prices were pretty accurate. They seem to mainly only want pristine mint condition, light damage gets you offers like .25c -$2.50 on items averaging $15-20. Overall though good 1st experience I will try them again & provide more feedback on my next shipment :) -- Barbiegirl007*, 2024-06-20 ### *---- "Ultimate Chucky Brand new , in shipping box" Offered me $178 for item I purchased 2weeks ago from post mortem retail $599. I was at atleast expecting 480 or 500 lol -- Daddy Stace, 2024-06-08 [View all Ozone Toys reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Ozone Toys Discovered Keywords - games - free games - all games - games for free - games free - ozone toys - sell toys ## Apps Similar to Ozone Toys - [What's it worth on eBay?](https://apptail.io/app/whats-it-worth-on-ebay-MLg/united-states) - [Scout: Inventory Management](https://apptail.io/app/scout-inventory-management-zIu/united-states) - [Vendoo: A Seller’s Best Friend](https://apptail.io/app/vendoo-a-sellers-best-friend-FeV/united-states) - [PiggyBook](https://apptail.io/app/piggybook-oQNb/united-states) - [Sell Poke Codes](https://apptail.io/app/sell-poke-codes-uDXb/united-states) - [Sellzee Scout](https://apptail.io/app/sellzee-scout-XShc/united-states) - [Profit Bandit](https://apptail.io/app/profit-bandit-dThc/united-states) - [Salecalc for eBay Calculator](https://apptail.io/app/salecalc-for-ebay-calculator-Edic/united-states) - [uFlyp](https://apptail.io/app/uflyp-Oeic/united-states) - [Eaglesaver.com](https://apptail.io/app/eaglesavercom-rHAk/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
