Do not order from them

I have not purchased from them before. But they have taken money from my paypal account not once but 10 times. They debit the account then credit my account. No one will answer how they are getting into my account. This is fraud. Pathetic customer service. They wont ring nor will they give me an email address. Could only message them on Facebook. Answers are generic.

Couldn’t be more disappointed

Never delivered my original package after weeks of delivery drivers lying about dropping my parcel off. they then offered me credit that expired shortly after. Complete waste of time, feel like my money has been stolen due to their incompetence. Would never recommend

i had a gift card for this website, when i got all my items it was $150 and free shipping then when i put in my gift card it asked if i wanted to pay the rest of the money with after pay and i pressed “cancel” and i was confused because i had a $250 gift card it wouldnt work, i ended up placing my order then i looked at my after pay acc and they charged me on my after pay acc the full amount of money and i already paid it so it was like 300$ they had taken from me. i am so upset because $300 is a lot of money.

Sluggish App

The APP is slow to respond after the last update, it’s slow opening up and slow responding to search commands.

Horrible customer support

They are beyond disappointing in their customer support, specially post ordering. Online shopping is about convenience and if something goes wrong they simply expect us to track and figure things out ourselves! CatchOfTheDay is amazing in this regard and provides a way better service in every possible way! A very disappointed customer!
