The truth is, I am an adult male who has a bladder of the size of a chipmunks. In Mason years, I’ve been struggling with frequent urination. The ability to have an app that allows me to easily track how often I pee, and then export a spreadsheet I can provide to my doctor has been incredibly helpful. The watch compilation is especially helpful. I wear my Apple Watch 23 hours a day, simply charging it for around an hour at dinner time. Overnight I benefit from sleep tracking, waking up to my alarm, which is a light tap on my wrist from my watch (much nicer than a blaring sound), AND I have the PNC compilation right on the home screen to my watch. When I get up a couple times during the night, I simply tap the face of my watch and choose log pee. It only takes about a second. Such a tiny level of effort provides me very detailed data on how frequently I’m urinating which my doctor can use to help assess me.
Actually really good
I noticed that I held in my pee a lot, like when I went out in public places or even at home without noticing it. I downloaded this to help remind me. This has helped me so much. This app tells you the time you last used the bathroom and can also improve your hydration!!
Great addition to water tracking
Heard about this from Lex Friedman (the real one!) on the Rebound, and immediately thought this is for me! I’ve been focusing on hydration more, and I wondered what was normal and what wasn’t. This makes tracking super simple by either the Watch app or on the phone. It’s the kind of app that makes you giggle at first, until you realize its utility. Athletes, especially if you’re heading into warmer months, make sure you’re balancing your intake! I wish Apple Health had a category for this.
Just what i was looking for
Great app, top tier customer service!
Clever and easy
I’ve been using this for just two days and I already appreciate its approach. Much better than a conventional water tracker, so far. But logging on a Watch 10 seems rather slow, especially compared to other “check off” apps.
Super helpful
App is super easy to use, seamless friend invites, and cool features! Very helpful to make sure I am drinking enough water
Update ruined for apple watch
Not working w apple watch after update..
The perfect breastfeeding app??
I actually use this app to keep track of how often I nurse my baby. Other trackers want you to start and stop a timer but when that got to be too much of a hassle I was looking for some way to just mark a timestamp of when I nursed last. The Apple Watch complication makes it so I don’t always have to have my phone around when I feed my baby. The 3 hour reminder is honestly perfect too. It frees up so much brain space so I don’t have to remember when I nursed last. The data is great too to keep track of night time stretches when I’m definitely too asleep to remember what time it is.
Stopped Work on ⌚
all of a sudden, today, it will not connect to my watch under any circumstances, but was working perfectly fine yesterday.
i love to p
hydration accountability has always felt so passive, just slam those glasses or forget and feel like i gotta chug a whole gallon before bed. tracking when I MAKE is so much more intuitive, i never really feel like im behind until i havent peed. i don't have "but i dont feel thirsty" moments, because i usually kind of do if i havent peed recently.
