It's really easy stick to it specially if you have the Apple Watch.
I normally don't drink or pee a lot, but the constant notifications of possible dehydration caused me to drink more. I'd go 12 hours inbetween and the app kept notifying... Unfortunately I can't log a pee on lockscreen, as swiping that option opens the app.
The truth is, I am an adult male who has a bladder of the size of a chipmunks. In Mason years, I’ve been struggling with frequent urination. The ability to have an app that allows me to easily track how often I pee, and then export a spreadsheet I can provide to my doctor has been incredibly helpful. The watch compilation is especially helpful. I wear my Apple Watch 23 hours a day, simply charging it for around an hour at dinner time. Overnight I benefit from sleep tracking, waking up to my alarm, which is a light tap on my wrist from my watch (much nicer than a blaring sound), AND I have the PNC compilation right on the home screen to my watch. When I get up a couple times during the night, I simply tap the face of my watch and choose log pee. It only takes about a second. Such a tiny level of effort provides me very detailed data on how frequently I’m urinating which my doctor can use to help assess me.
I noticed that I held in my pee a lot, like when I went out in public places or even at home without noticing it. I downloaded this to help remind me. This has helped me so much. This app tells you the time you last used the bathroom and can also improve your hydration!!
Heard about this from Lex Friedman (the real one!) on the Rebound, and immediately thought this is for me! I’ve been focusing on hydration more, and I wondered what was normal and what wasn’t. This makes tracking super simple by either the Watch app or on the phone. It’s the kind of app that makes you giggle at first, until you realize its utility. Athletes, especially if you’re heading into warmer months, make sure you’re balancing your intake! I wish Apple Health had a category for this.
Great app, top tier customer service!
I’ve been using this for just two days and I already appreciate its approach. Much better than a conventional water tracker, so far. But logging on a Watch 10 seems rather slow, especially compared to other “check off” apps.
App is super easy to use, seamless friend invites, and cool features! Very helpful to make sure I am drinking enough water
Not working w apple watch after update..
