Luv P.T’s! App might be better than counter service but that’s no burrito-slap to the wonderful folks serving up that yumyum-mmmm. Great job both orders so far. I like that I can save a favorite order. Now, come on P.T’s, gimme some points so I can get some freebeezzzz; Please!

It’s great that you just added Apple Pay, but I’d love to be able to use the app to order breakfast. There is no option to add extra egg which I will continue to order at the drive thru I suppose until it’s added to online ordering. Thanks for considering!

They don’t really know how to prioritize disorder, so it literally comes out slower than every other line. Can’t tell if my food was actually made fresh or not so I had them remake it immediately deleted the app. Don’t waste your time. They don’t compensate.

I love PTerrys and I was excited for a way to order their food directly but if you get it delivered, beware there’s no actual way to report that half your order is missing. And if you try to call the store which is the only way to correct their issue, the line is forever busy as if someone took the phone off the hook. This makes me not want to order from them ever again. It’s a crappy way to do business. All other ordering apps allow you to report if something is wrong with your order. Do better. I’m super disappointed.

This error is on the website as well as the app. There’s no getting passed it. I’ve logged in, was thorough about putting my correct address, my speeds are fine, my iOS is up to date. The website gives the same error seven after logging in. Am I missing something? What else needs to be validated? What can we click on to validate our order because the pop up sign saying the order isn't validated is not clickable.

Easy to use. Sometime crashes when going to cart, must close app and restart. Major issue is no way to request refunds when things go wrong and things go wrong quite often. Fault is usually on the DoorDash or Grubhub delivery service and/or usual missing/mistakes made in kitchen. The only option given is to call the restaurant ordered from, which good luck getting anyone to answer and know how to process the refund. $35 to feed 2 people is a lot to pay for wrong.

I love the burgers but I will never pay $6 for delivery fee. pizza place have been delivering food for 35 years. And never charged a fee. Now everyone does it. Their is no reason for it. The drivers use their own cars I will never get to eat a p terry burger ever again.

I frequently order online so my food will be ready when I get to the restaurant, but more often than not, it’s not ready. Meanwhile they are calling out order numbers for people that just walked in. Today I went to the counter when it was 10 minutes past my pickup time. My food was ready but hadn’t been put in the pickup area.

No rewards stinks since most places give rewards Also can't use free fries on app, only in person
