App crashes after update iOS 16.1

After updated to iOS 16.1, this p3 app keep crashed. Tried uninstall and reinstall same issue. Please fix the p3 app to work with current iOS 16.1 asap.

Issues

I’m starting to have issues opening the app. When I try to open it kept close and wouldn’t let me use them at all for couple days now. I tried to check see if there’s any updating needed but I don’t see it and I tried to delete the app and reinstall nothing works. Please fix the problem. Thank you

Not working with new iOS 16.1

P3 mobile work fine when I use iOS 16 but when I upgraded iOS 16.1, this app crashed.

Does not work on the new iOS version

Every time Apple releases a major iOS upgrade, the P3 app doesn’t work for the next few weeks. Why? They did not test the new unreleased iOS in advance. This is frustrating, and it happens on the major iOS upgrade annually. No offense but I give grade F to the developers and the software management team.

App keep crashing

I’m on 16.1 ios, but somehow i trying to come in the app and it keep kicking me out. Please fix it

Please fix on your end. Update the app. VRS keep frequent not able to see me at all everytime I try make a call. Using this app on iPhone 13 Pro Max and it’s always updated.

Taking to long

Interpreters taking forever to pick up when I called.

Didn’t receive calls and didn’t show up any missed calls

I get email that I got the calls but it doesn’t show any calls in my 3 devices. I kept misses all very important calls. They all think I ignore the calls which are appointments. All notifications are on and nothing changes. It doesn’t show any history calls too. I only knew by emails or whenever I call back to report the complaint. Unfortunately, they did called. I ending up looks bad and gotten trouble for that.

Non-complaint issue

Customer Care tried to solve several times, unfortunately not. Still awaiting for solution…..
