## PAAS Membership Application Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Log in issues"
Will not allow me to log in absolutely rubbish
-- Mr Sensible READ, 2026-03-01

### *---- "Not the best"
I changed my handset last year- it did not transfer across- so I had to download the app- unfortunately the app does not allow you to sign in again. It declined my attempt to use it on my new handset- stating I am unverified. This is very disappointing. Not good if you change, lose or damage your phone and want the app on your new one.
-- BGREGGO, 2025-09-08

### ***** "Logging in"
To people having issue logging in, use same email address you use on the website, member number EXCLUDING the letter
Post code EXCLUDING the space
-- NWcyp, 2025-02-07

### *---- "Rubbish"
Try to login and it just keeps kicking me out
-- Dubster74, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Fail"
Awful, truly awful .... even the explanation given in club paper work makes no sense. I'm quite savvy on apps but never had issues with any other app like with this one .... given up, waste of time
-- topehunter, 2024-10-16

### *---- "Can’t login"
You login via apple as requested then it asks you to provide new details. You do that then it clears and asks you to enter new details again. Pretty useless really.
-- MrMulder, 2024-09-17

### ***** "Works great - as long as you follow the instructions"
I’ve noticed some people saying they couldn't log in, but I have not had any issues. If you go to the ‘Members area’ on the website and log in, then go to the ‘Your Details’ section, there are instructions for how to set up and gain access. Having followed these, I got straight in with no problems. The app is very useful and has an online version of the handbook for rules, etc. The maps have the what3words addresses on there and if you click on that, it automatically loads what3words, so you can navigate. It does what it needs to do. 👍

### *---- "Lureman"
Useless, doesn’t accept correct details. An email from PAAS blaming users isn’t the way to go about it, talk to the developer instead about their bug ridden application.
-- wheres my bike, 2024-07-05

### ***** "Good app"
App working well and very helpful.
-- Hursti, 2024-07-05

### *---- "How🤷‍♂️"
Asks for my details, put them in and then it asks for my details again…I’ve give up on it
-- Bullring Postie, 2024-06-24
