No groceries, no contact, no happy
I ordered. I didn’t realise they called as when I answered in English someone rambled in an asian language, which made me think it was a spam call. However, I called back and eventually got them to talk to me in English. After them telling me to text them the details and they would get back to me, I did this straight away. However, they didn’t get back to me and didn’t respond to my texts, voicemail and didn’t answer any of my calls. I then looked up where to email them to see if they could help, and again, no reply. So - I am out of pocket and without the groceries that I ordered. This was my first and only experience. And if no one gets back to me after this review, I will be deleting the app and never using it again and telling others not to either. Hoping this story has a happy ending, but after my experience so far, not holding my breath. EDIT they sent me most of money as a refund minus the credit card fees but still received no contact from them
