Can’t write a review either. So far I have spent over an hour to finally get my claim sent properly. I could not click on accupuncture subsequent visit so it was denied as acupuncture/acupressure was not covered.  This problem is the same as last year.

Given that we are doing the data entry work it seems that when entering a list of medical supplies, the form could autofill until changed. The date, supplier, condition, name… all have to be re-entered every time. 
The app also doesn’t show the amount submitted for. It show the total amount snd we enter the pharmacare amount..  but we don’t see the amount we paid and are requesting compensation for. Very awkward when checking to see if paid… though that may be the point as it’s taking several months now to process s monthly claim for the same items… and every once in awhile they don’t pay for something… to see if we notice I guess. 
I feel like I have a second job tracking all this stuff.

The app could improve more:
1- allow for submission of HSA claims by app, why have to go through hard copies and Canada post mailing system?
I was with Greenshields before and it was very convenient, in addition to notable to submit HSA claim on their own, when submitting regular claims you could select a checkbox to automatically reimburse the deductible and apply it to the HSA balance!!!

2- why can’t do face recognition to log in?
