## Pacific Power Reviews in United States

### **--- "Asks me to reauthorize Face ID almost every time I use the app"
The app works fine but it frequently requires me to enter my password because my Face ID authorization has expired. Other apps are able to use Face ID without me having to reauthorize it every week or two, why can’t this app?
-- Orangetreefrog, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Biometrics"
I would NEVER use KUBRA. Pathetic that here we are a year later and it still hasn’t been fixed. Sounds like your fast charge stations as well. NOTHING fixed. WHY even have biometrics when you force everyone to sign in most of the time? What an asinine waste of time.
-- AntiTheist22, 2024-11-09

### **--- "Poor quality"
Features don’t work as advertised, contact links are broken, it shows incorrect account data, just a sad implementation
-- non stop spam, 2024-10-30

### *---- "Worthless"
Wouldn’t even let me finish the activation. Just kept taking me in circles. The link provided kept taking me to the sign in page but wouldn’t let me finish the activation. Messed with it for half an hour and deleted it.
-- farmoregon, 2024-08-25

### *---- "JUNK"
This app makes you change your password once a week. It is the worst and most irritating app I have ever had on my phone. You would think that a company like pacific power would try a little harder to no have such a poorly designed app. I would be embarrassed to have this represent my company. No stars!
-- Wrangler500, 2024-08-13

### *---- "As others have said"
This app offers facial recognition but it doesn’t actually work. Looking at the other reviews, this has been a problem for more than 2 years. Is anyone at Pacific Power even paying attention to these reviews?!
-- Shelikk, 2024-08-09

### *---- "Bad bad app"
Can’t create account says bad user id without saying what. Tried ten different names
-- Yikes2222!!, 2024-07-22

### *---- "Trash"
This app and pacific power are both awful. I look forward to resetting my password every single month when I go to pay my bill. FJB
-- Travis Danielson, 2024-06-06

### ***** "So Easy a Caveman Could Use It!!"
I just paid my bill! It was easy!!! Hurry up and download this app if you use Pacific Power!!!!
-- krisviaes, 2024-05-19

### *---- "App does NOT work!"
Terrible app! Useless!!!
 Will not allow sign in!!!
Will not allow using facial recognition!!!
Will not allow typing in of password, as "find password" covers where you would type in a password!!!
What is wrong with your app design crew?
You make this app appear to be fake or compromised!
