## Pacific Service CU Reviews in United States

### ****- "No Venmo"
Psych
Does not use Venmo
-- commissioners use, 2025-10-11

### **--- "quick deposit never works"
the quick deposit never works. never. i can take pictures all day then try and do a quick deposit via mobile and the camera won’t even come on. i ALWAYS have to end up driving to the bank and deposit via atm.
-- wqstrx, 2025-09-15

### ***-- "Fix Mobile Deposit!!"
The app is pretty good, sometimes takes a bit to load. So you need a strong signal or wifi. My biggest gripe is that the mobile deposit feature is absolutely horrible. I have to take a picture of my check and try to submit it 10-20 times with no exaggeration, every single time. I use a dark background have everything lined up and still it says there’s an issue. It seems like I just have to do it over and over till it finally accepts it.
-- Brennan Lee Mulligans, 2025-05-28

### *---- "Can’t ever deposit a check"
Can’t ever deposit a check easily
-- Giant Swagg, 2025-05-06

### ***** "Not getting an image of a written check"
I used to be able print a copy of the check I have written. Now it won’t show the image of checks I made.
Please fix this as I need to make a copy if a jerk I recently wrote.
-- Hotrodsv, 2025-03-11

### ***** "Love PSCU!"
I have been dealing with PSCU on many levels for more than 40 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed the relationship and cannot recommend them high enough!! Wonderful staff!!
-- Happy With PSCU!, 2024-11-16

### *---- "Unacceptable Privacy"
This new update includes a major change in privacy. Much more personal data collection and TRACKING YOU across other websites. I intend to close my accounts at PSCU because this is unacceptably intrusive.
-- happy_usually, 2024-09-17

### ***** "My mobile and customer service service"
Really easy to use. Customer service is excellent.
-- Fiugp, 2024-08-22

### *---- "I can’t check my account."
The app has been down for what has felt like an eternity! I can’t check how much money I have in the bank which is crucial for keeping my account current. WTH are you guys doing about this!!!!!???
-- PkDidy, 2024-07-11

### *---- "Neither app nor website work"
The app and the website dont allow you to make online payments, leaving you no option but to mail in a check. IT says clear your cache/cookies and try again, but that did not make any difference.
