## Package Concierge Description
This App is for users of the Package Concierge system. Using the App, Residents can register their account, track deliveries, scan their barcode, manage dependents, activate push notifications, and update billing information.

Package Concierge is an electronic locker system used at apartment communities to manage the package delivery and retrieval process. The system contains various sized lockers operated by a touch screen. The kiosk displays all residents who live at the community to carriers delivering packages. Residents are notified of package deliveries via email, text message, or phone call. The mobile app was created for user convenience. Through the app, residents have the ability to register their account and update its information, track deliveries, scan their barcode, manage dependents, activate push notifications, and update billing information.

## Package Concierge Reviews in United States

### *---- "Acero Jensen Park"
Biggest scam with the apartment complex. They tend to make new accounts in your name and then charge you when you don’t have access to the account.
-- raul_mighty, 2026-04-08

### *---- "Sucks"
My account never works
-- jxhn_bjj, 2026-02-25

### *---- "Useless app"
The new apartment complex I moved into, uses this worthless service, coming from the Luxor services which is by far so much better and their customer service is great. I get packages and no notifications, trying to contact customer service takes ages, the app crashes and I can keep going on and on but it pointless since nothing will be improved just judging by all the 1 star reviews.
-- Danny1794, 2025-10-13

### *---- "Terrible seeing"
Literally every time I have to use this service I have to call corporate and get my account reset because it is absolutely terrible. I just spent over an hour on the phone and they weren’t able to fix it and weren’t able to fix it. I had to get a supervisor on the phone And after an hour they finally were able to fix it. They forced their service attendance to rush you through their system as fast as possible and hang up on you without verifying that you’ve actually completed what’s required to have your account work
-- hinkhink, 2025-10-04

### *---- "Package held Hostage"
First and only time I will be using this service. They make you pay $10 to activate your account, I have yet to do so until my first package arrived. I now cannot add my credit card and my package is being held in the storage containers. I don’t have access to my own package and the website and app will not take my credit card to activate my account.
-- Yawn1738, 2025-09-25

### *---- "Registration is impossible"
These people are morons, I literally can't create an account. It's a loop of "that account already exists" followed by "there's no record of that account" depending on whether you are trying to create an account or login 🙄
-- emdub 123, 2025-07-14

### *---- "App still not adapted to edge to edge displays"
8 years after the release of the iPhone X, the first with an edge to edge display, this app is still not adapted to those displays and is letterboxed. They simply haven’t bothered updating it over the past 8 years which screams ultimate laziness in my opinion. Avoid using it if you don’t have to.
-- Wayan1603, 2025-06-15

### *---- "OPT OUT, DO NOT USE"
Terrible system. I continually get random “welcome” emails from the app with a new user name and pin. I think I’ve been randomly given 6 or 7 new usernames and pins. Also, most of the time the delivery driver is not able to access the system so your packages get returned as “delivery attempted,” or “unable to deliver.” Spare yourself the pain and opt out so your packages get delivered directly to your apartment or front door.
-- MGBeags, 2025-06-07

### *---- "worses"
Registration Failed!
Username may not exist or is already registered. Check that the information you entered is correct or try again later.
Retry

I’ve been trying to register for an hour to pick up my parcel. No options to create a new user name.
-- Alena7394, 2025-05-31

### *---- "package concierge = dont get your parcels in lockers"
I moved to fort worth and my apartment complex uses them. The package gets delivered and they send no notification. My usename never exists for them and hence i never get my packages on time. They are high on apps etc, but their application interface, the barcode, nothing ever works. The app crashes every time.
