I made a order with 2 day shipping and it’s been a week now the package still says it’s at the same location

No Live Footage
It was No Live footage whatsoever! Very disappointing..
Air conditioner lost???
I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star it’s a zero, worse service ever been waiting 2 months for a ac just to be told it got lost in transit! Really!!!! How do u lose a air conditioner???? Never again!!!!!
Awful
Gives you no updates even though I have my push notifications on still nothing. Can’t figure out how to cancel the subscription. App makes no sense. Also trying to write this review is the hardest thing to do don’t want people to know how horrible it is.
Poor app
Doesn’t update same day, can’t contact support, and have to pay to use. Useless app !
Poor communication
This is the worst tracking app I’ve used. Can’t get any information, no delivery date and no response to my inquiries.
