Parcel Tracking Reviews

Cancel subscription

Adelgirl70 on

Australia

I cant seem to be able to cancel my subscription…when i click on the links in the confirmation email - i am in a continual “loading” pattern. I do not want, nor can i afford to pay, for a subscription. I need it cancelled immediately. No support from tech support as yet. I do NOT need this app and do not to pay the subscription

Not helpful

Jyp56642 on

Australia

I found the App was not helpful and using the desktop version gets more information.

Couldn’t find either parcel

Milton444 on

Australia

This app is useless. Thought l would try it out and within minutes l realised it wasn’t able to provide me any information on 2 seperate tracking numbers. Goods that were first shipped locally through china to a distribution centre then loaded in a container and placed on a ship. 17track is at least able to provide me some details as to its whereabouts and it’s free. This place wants $14.99 EVERY WEEK mind you for an app that can’t even provide me anything, nothing whatsoever but the 17track can for free, 😏unbelievable. I wouldn’t bother and I’ll be cancelling subscription right now!

Charged my card for a week subscription when I was on the 1st day of my 3 day trial

Bananasmoothie6290 on

Australia

I feel that I’ve been scammed by this app! I was meant to have a 3 day trial and immediately charged my card for a weeks worth of subscription! What a con! I immediately cancelled after I was charged!

Garbage and full of bugs

Steven Johnstone on

Australia

Does not work at all with Australia Post and also Aramex Australia. Item turns up and app is still waiting for its first update from carrier. This app is rubbish. Have written to support and they have ignored both emails.

Dodgey

Redimon on

Australia

I used a seldom used email address to create a login for this app and within a day started recieving scam and phishing emails.

Buggy app

twdryaudrey on

Australia

There are some problems with this app. The summary page doesn’t update all the packages correctly, even though the details might be correct when you look at each one individually. Some tracking just doesn’t work at all. I paid for full access but the app is not good.
