I kept getting charged on my account for £29.99 every now and again but Ihad cancelled the subscription 😣 plus this app coukdnt track what I needed it to
Bothers constantly to enable free trial
Annoyance caused by constant interference to enable free trial every time you open the app or track something. Only lasted 5 minutes on my phone. In terms of tracking doesn’t provide anything else than other apps of this kind - information is delayed and depends on the API of the carrier. Most of the time they want you to use their app so these types of apps are becoming irrelevant. At £59/year avoiding this.
How to waste time
It’s like putting “turn over” at the bottom of both sides of an empty sheet. I had been using the app for sometime with no problems. This time when I wanted to check a delivery it wanted my email address. Then they sent me an email to check the validity of my email, which took me to their website. Then they asked for my phone number. Then they had to validate my phone. Then it asked me if I wanted to be transferred to their app. Guess what? Dead end. Got rid of the app.

Good concept, but bad integrations
UK Royal Mail parcel state is completely broken. EU parcel states are machine translated with amusing results. Needs major work. I want my money back.
