## PackardHome Reviews in United States

### ***** "Southern telecom"
I was setting up my new camera and let’s just say I’m not the best at doing that. I called into the office and with immediate help we got the camera up and running ! This camera is great leave it either on my office desk or at home office desk.

### *---- "the color changing light doesn’t work correctly."
the colors seem to be all mixed up. if i pick red, it goes to green. if i turn the light back to white and dim it down, it goes to red? please fix this.

### *---- "Fix this"
I can’t manage to make this work because I don’t have a 2.4GHz I want this to work on different WiFi’s
-- a_alexanderswag, 2019-07-30

### *---- "Absolute garbage"
Found this at TJ Maxx, I guess for obvious reasons now. Camera will not sync to your phone, falls apart with the smallest touch. I was super excited about this so I could spy on my dogs, will be getting a completely different brand all together. This could have been so cool! Please work on this!

### *---- "Worked for one day!!!"
I set it up initially with no problems. The next day Alexa tells me the smart plug is unresponsive. I try to open the app and it does not let me sign it. I reinstalled the app again and won’t let me sign it. I threw out the box from the plug so now I’m stuck with this garbage.

### *---- "Fix Bugs"
No problem in signing up, just issues with pairing. Confirmation email seems to go to the spam folder.
-- Sfvhhgafh, 2019-06-10

### ***** "Not sure as why the low ratings!"
The app works just fine. I had zero issues in signing up (it lands in spam folder though). Paired in first go. The only issue for which I will return it is the bulb is a mere night bulb. It has no mention of watts on its packaging and no where in app can you change it.

### *---- "Can’t make my Account"
I’ve tried 5 times in sing up....
-- Alvexis21 instagram, 2019-06-02

### *---- "Crap"
Crap
-- Cgriewa, 2018-05-31

### *---- "Pack arc bell wi-fi security sensor"
Bought a wi-fi Smart Security sensor
Tried to sign up on Apple IPad
Will not send code back from my email
Is this app any good still and sensor ?
