I had a challenge with the family sharing of purchases (lifetime purchase) and was quite cynical about whether it would even be worth reaching out for help. This feeling has been replaced as fast as the reply we received (within the hour), and the issue was resolved. I look forward to seeing how the application goes for me now that this barrier is gone.
Wonderful with regular updates
The developers keep updating the app based on user feedback which is wonderful.
Upgrade
You have to pay for the upgrade as there is nothing available on the free app
Long term trips not catered - 15?Bras?
Going away for 3 months and doesn’t seem to take that into account. Suggests 15 bras and then when you have a look, gives you bizarre color choices. Definitely designed by men. Also, tells you the temp now but not in July when you are actually there. Not helpful. Hoping it would help design packaging for cool weather (spring) and then summer. Very simple app - feels like it was created in the 1990s. Because it is a multiple trip, made me pay up front. Thought it worthwhile investment but it’s not. If you want to try it, break up your destinations to single trips before committing your money.

Glitchy app
Free edition shows ads, I watch them both. The ‘x’ in the top corner is hidden behind my battery display, therefore unreachable. Cannot turn the screen orientation to reach it. Stuck over and over again. Closed and opened the app to the same thing. Feels like it is forcing you to pay for Premium. I would rather you make it a paid app than con people into watching ads with unreachable prompts to the next steps. Used to use this ad and have recommended all of my friends this app over the years but would rather move onto another app
Everything that’s wrong with the app economy
Non-paid version had ads. Sure, I’ll watch an ad and use the app once or twice to see if it’s any good, then l’ll pay for it. Nope. It’s literally a hellscape of ads crowding on top of ads. Watch the video and there are three other ads on top that you can’t get rid of. The worst. Don’t bother.
Packr/TripIt connection doesn’t work if your signed up with Apple
I was offered the option to connect to TripIt which is amazingly helpful, but I signed into TripIt using my Apple ID and Packr won’t allow me to do the same… it’s asking me for a username and password which I don’t have??
Very poor support
Great app but a number of issues. Have emailed support twice in last week and never received a response. For this reason I would think about if you want to pay for it. Disappointed
